Construction ofNew Mechanical and Biological Treatment (MBT) facilities with capacity of 1800t/d in Defra city - Gharbia Governorate. Contracts will be subject to theBank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firmsfrom any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.

The type ofcontract and the procurement method is stated above. A full description of theprocurement exercise is available within the documentation and is availablefree of charge in ECEPP.

Thedocumentation will include such information as: detailed technical andfinancial requirements; any information on lots; the expected outcome;eligibility and qualification requirements; contract start date; plannedcontract duration; any response requirements; any other relevant information.
